Tampa filmmaker, Louise Krikorian, has created LA Krikorian Productions, LLC to produce KITTY DANIELS with MAJID SHABAZZ Jazz Legends documentary. This documentary is a true story about the jazz history of the Tampa Bay Area.

KITTY DANIELS with MAJID SHABAZZ Jazz Legends, chronicles the life of award winning musician, Kitty Daniels, the 85-year old jazz legend born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Tracing her musical heritage back to the days when Ray Charles, Etta James, and B.B. King performed in Tampa, Daniels takes us on her journey from playing piano at a young age to how she began writing music for the first time in her 80's. Kitty and Majid Shabazz still perform several times a week. In this film, you will see why Daniels and Shabazz have been honored for their immeasurable contributions to Tampa's musical legacy, and why they are an inspiration to many musicians and to us all.
